Jambalaya

The best ever so I'm told by my brother...

This makes a ton!!

2 packages Zatarans Jambalaya Rice mix- Box
1 lb grilled sausage- cut into little slices
1 lb grilled chicken
1 lb cooked shrimp (we like it cooked)
2 cubes unsalted butter
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
a re, green, and yellow pepper
tobasco to taste
Cayenne pepper (about 1 tsp) to taste

Melt butter in saucepan.  Add in onions, celery and pepper and simmer until soft.  Add tobasco and cayenne pepper.  When they are done add the shrimp and let them simmer.
Add sausage and chicken.
Now cook the jambalaya rice mix and then mix them all together.  Let it sit for a minute to soak up the juices.
Eat and enjoy.  Reheats great!
